Calming music can be played to help create a soothing environment, and hypoallergenic shampoos are available for dogs with sensitive skin.

For nervous or anxious dogs, we may offer complimentary meet-and-greet sessions, giving them a chance to familiarise themselves with the salon and groomer before their appointment. After each groom, you can also receive a post-groom report with details on your dog’s coat condition and any recommendations for their ongoing care.
