At Pup Fiction, we believe that grooming should be a calm and stress-free experience for every dog. Jess, the owner and groomer, has a Bachelor's of Science with Honours in Zoology and spent seven years working in pet rescue before becoming a professional dog groomer. 

Professionally grooming since 2023, she understands the importance of patience, gentle handling, and tailoring each session to suit your dog’s individual needs. Jess is also dedicated to perfecting her craft, having placed 2nd at her first international grooming competition. Whether your dog requires a simple tidy-up or a full groom, you can trust that they will be treated with care and respect in a safe and welcoming environment.
